- The project was mostly written in Java.
- We were about 15 people in the team.
- It didn’t seem like we were worried about money.
- The environment was relaxed but I felt we could have worked a bit better as a team, by pair programming, for example.
- I didn’t find the V-Model very efficient either ;).
